Cookie Policy
What cookies and similar technologies we use, why we need them, and how to manage them.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They help the site remember your actions and preferences between visits.
Similar technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage) work on the same principle and are also covered by this Policy.
2. Cookies we use
Strictly necessary (essential)
Without these cookies the Service cannot function. They cannot be disabled without losing access to account-protected features.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| refresh_token | HttpOnly cookie | Maintains your session and refreshes the access token without re-authentication | 7 days |
Functional
Remember user preferences such as interface language and cookie banner consent.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| NEXT_LOCALE | cookie | Selected interface language (RU / EN) | 1 year |
| Cookie banner consent | localStorage | Prevents the banner from being shown again | Until storage is cleared |
| Remembered emails | localStorage | Suggests the most recently used email on the sign-in page | Until storage is cleared |
| Welcome overlay flag | localStorage | Prevents the “Welcome back” overlay from re-appearing on the landing page | Until storage is cleared |
Analytics and advertising
The Service does not use analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica) and does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
3. Third-party cookies
The Service does not set third-party advertising or tracking cookies. External technical resources such as web fonts may record requests in their own server logs, but they do not set cookies in your browser through our site.
When you navigate to external sites (Atlassian Jira, email clients, external links), the cookie policies of those services apply.
4. How to manage cookies
You can manage cookies in your browser settings:
- Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data;
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data;
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy;
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
Disabling or deleting cookies may cause parts of the Service to become unavailable, including the ability to stay signed in across sessions.
5. Changes to this Policy
This Policy may be updated. The current version is always available at /cookies and includes the date of the last revision.
